► The User's right to use this Website is personal to the User and cannot be transferred to another person or entity. The User would be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his or her personal information as well as any other information required for horoscope analysis. The User would be fully responsible for all activities that occur on the Website's service page. The Website cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the User's failure to maintain confidentiality and secrecy. If the User becomes aware of any unauthorised use of their details or information, or any breach of security, they must notify the Website immediately. To end the session, the User must clear his machine's cache or browsing history. We do not directly or indirectly sell user data, nor do we provide user information to any blood relatives or friends. The Astrologer may choose to communicate with the user through the medium of telecommunication. By agreeing to the current Terms of Service, you are also giving your unqualified consent to the Website/Astrologer's/Astrologer to call you on your mobile number, even if your number is on DND service provided by your mobile service provider.

► The Website and any individual Websites accessible via external hyperlinks from the Website are private property.

► All interaction on this Website inclusive of the guidance and advice received directly from the Licensed Provider must comply with these Terms of Usage.

► The User agrees not to post or transmit through this Website any material that violates or infringes in any way on the rights of others, or any material that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy, vulgar, obscene, profane, or otherwise objectionable, or that encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law.

► The Website reserves the right to suspend or terminate such User's access or to cancel the User's registration, and such User will not be able to access the Website.

► The Website reserves the right to revoke access or change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the Website, including but not limited to content, graphics, deals, offers, settings, and so on.

► The Website makes no guarantee of any untoward incident that may occur with the User after he or she seeks the Service. The Website or the Service Provider providing the advice is not liable and does not guarantee any results as expected by the User, and accessing the Website in such a case is entirely at the User's risk.

► To date, the Website has not created any user accounts. However, the SavvyAstrologer shall have access to the birth details information created by the User in order to ensure and maintain the high-quality services provided by the Website and to address the customer's need in the most effective manner. The User hereby consents to the Website, its employees, agents, and any other person designated in this regard having unrestricted access to the details. The Website shall investigate on a case-by-case basis from the records available to address the complaints (if any received) and any suspected abuse reported. In relation to such records, the User is advised to read the terms provided in the Privacy Policy.

► The User hereby expresses, affirms, and agrees that he or she has read and fully understands the Website's Privacy Policy. The User also agrees that the terms and contents of such Privacy policy, including any update/alteration/change made and duly displayed on the Website, are acceptable to the User.

► The Website may, in whole or in part, modify, discontinue, change, or alter the services ordered or the User's Account recorded with the Website without informing the User. The Website may or may not issue notice or provide a reason for such action.

► We purge the data on a regular basis and do not keep any data or old records. If you return or are a return visitor, you may need to re-enter your information or contact SavvyAstrologer. The Website may or may not issue a notice or provide a reason for such action.

► Any violation of any of the conditions listed in these Terms of Service will result in the immediate cancellation of the User's Registration or Users details, if the User is registered with the Website. The Website reserves the right to immediately terminate and initiate action if:

 ▸ The Website is unable to verify and authenticate the User's Registration data or any other relevant information provided.

 ▸ The Website believes that the actions of the User may cause legal liability for the Website, other Users or any service provider linked with the Website.

 ▸ The Website believes that the User has provided the Website with false and misleading Registration Data, or that there is interference with other Users or the administration of the services, or that the User has violated the Website's privacy policy.

► You understand and agree that your relationship with the Website, including the Astrologer, is limited to being a member, and that you act solely on your own behalf and for your own benefit. For any violation of the current terms of usage and the Service Terms and Conditions agreed upon between the parties during the registration of the data by such Service Provider, the Website may terminate and deactivate such Service Provider's Profile.

► The User is responsible for ensuring that sufficient credit is available on the nominated card/bank account at the time of payment to allow payment of the dues payable or bill(s) selected by the User, inclusive of the applicable Fee.

The User also agrees that if any part of these Terms of Usage is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth herein, the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision, and the remainder of these Terms of Usage will remain in effect.

► If an order has reached the "processing" (Assigned to an Astrologer) stage, no refund will be processed under any circumstances. The risk and liability of placing an order in a hasty and careless manner is entirely on the User, and the Website is not responsible for any refund once the processing stage has begun.

► Once the Order has been placed and executed, no refunds will be processed. However, if the User wishes to cancel a successfully placed order prior to execution, the User must contact the customer service team within 1 (one) hour of making the payment, after which it is entirely up to the Website whether to issue a refund.

► Any technical delay or glitch reported in the Website during the processing of the request, including report generation by the service provider, i.e. Astrologer, will not be eligible for a refund. The User acknowledges that the timelines are estimates and that all necessary steps will be taken to adhere to the timelines as displayed.

► There will be no refunds processed because You provided incorrect information or data. The User agrees to be cautious when providing information to the Website and to double-check the information before clicking "Submit." The User may request a change in the incorrect information or data entered if the request is made with customer service within 1 (one hour) of the service provider's execution of the service.

► If a damaged product is returned, no refund will be issued. The User agrees and undertakes that by ordering any product displayed on the Website, the Registered User will be fully responsible for any damage caused to the product after its delivery. If an order is placed using the "Cash on Delivery" payment method, the User will be charged for the cost of the product as displayed on the Website, as well as any applicable shipping/customs/courier charges, if the product is returned.

► The services and products offered are not intended to replace any philosophical, emotional, financial, or medical treatment. The Website accepts no responsibility or liability for the accuracy or dependability of the astrological effects on human physiology caused by the gems represented and sold on the Website. The placing of orders for such products or services is entirely at the discretion and will of the User, and the Website accepts no responsibility for the products sold. In such a case, the User is advised to exercise caution, and no refund will be issued.

► No refunds will be issued for providing an incorrect contact number. There will be no refunds for any calls that are connected or are through

► The refunds, if any, will be processed after deducting the transaction charges imposed by the Bank and/or the Payment Gateway, the cost of shipping and/or courier charges (in the case of the purchase of a product listed on the Website), customs duty (if applicable), and/or any other charges incurred by the Website while processing and/or delivering the service, as applicable.

► If the Website or the Payment Gateway's webpage, which is linked to the Website, is experiencing any server-related issues such as'slow down,' 'failure,' or'session timeout,' the User must first check whether his/her Bank Account has been debited or not and then choose one of the following options:

 ▸ If your Bank Account appears to have been debited, make sure you do not make the payment twice and immediately contact the Website via customer service/Phone number supplied or email address supplied to confirm payment.

 ▸ If the User's Bank Account is not debited, he or she may initiate a new transaction to make a payment.

► However, refunds for multiple payments made against the same order, even after taking the above precautions, will be made in full, with no deduction for the transaction charges mentioned above. The Website will only keep the cost of one single order that the User intends to place.

► If the Website is unable to accept orders and must cancel them, the Website reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. The User shall not violate the terms and conditions which include:- while using the Website and engaging in any form of communication on any of the forums inclusive of the products listed on the Website.

 ▸ The User shall not Post, publish, or transmit any messages that are false, misleading, defamatory, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, invades another's privacy, offensive, promotes racism, hatred, or harm against any individual or group or religion or caste, infringes another's rights, including any intellectual property rights, copyright, or trademark, violates or encourages any conduct that would violate any applicable law or regulation or would give rise to liability.

 ▸ The User shall not upload, post, or otherwise make available any content that the User does not have a legal or contractual or fiduciary right to make available.

 ▸ The User agrees not to upload, post, or otherwise make available any content that infringes on any party's patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights. However, the User may post excerpts of copyrighted material as long as they follow Fair Use guidelines.

 ▸ The User shall not collect screen names and email addresses of Website members for the purpose of advertising, solicitation, or spam.

 ▸ The User agrees not to send unsolicited email, junk mail, spam, or chain letters, as well as promotions or advertisements for products or services.

 ▸ The User shall not upload or distribute files containing viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programmes that may harm the operation of the Website or the computer of another.

 ▸ The User shall not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with access to the Website.

 ▸ The Website reserves the right, for any reason, to withdraw its services from any customer who is found to be unreasonable or abusive during their conversation with the Service Provider, including the astrologer.

 ▸ While the Website will take all reasonable steps to resolve any situation that arises in violation of the above obligations, if the situation is uncontrollable, the Website reserves the right to issue a written warning in the future. Such violations, if repeated by the User, will result in a total ban from transacting on the platform. If the User has any balance in his or her wallet(if any) or if website has wallet in near future, it will be refunded, subject to any other charges that may be imposed for such violations.

► The User is required to provide his banking information as and when it is requested. The User's obligations in this regard are as follows:

The User expressly understands and agrees that, to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law, the Website makes no warranties about the service. Astrological advice provided through the Website is based on astrologers' cumulative or individual knowledge, experience, and interpretations, and as such, it may differ from one astrologer to the next.

► The Website provides services through a diverse knowledge Astrologer/s who have been duly verified by the Website, and such Service Provider (Astrologer) may from time to time recommend the use of mantras, jantras, gemstones, or other astrological remedies to be used by User. The astrologers make such recommendations in good faith, and the Website and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors make no warranty that:

   ▸ The service will meet your requirements

   ▸ The service will be continuous, timely, secure, and error-free.

   ▸ The results obtained from using the service will be accurate or reliable.

   ▸ The quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the service will meet or exceed your expectations.

   ▸ The analysis will be based solely on the birth data supplied by the User and the horoscope constructed by the horoscope software. The Astrologer/s will perform analysis using math formulas and knowledge gained from learnings. The user must provide full disclosure about the person seeking advice from the Website's panel of astrologers so that the astrologers can make an informed decision about giving advice.

The website is not a suicide prevention hotline.
